Inspiration to write The Viking Brides series…

My love of writing stems directly from a love of reading. As a young girl, I was blessed to have an older sister who read voraciously and took me to our little branch library every week. There I chose books and learned to lose myself in the worlds the authors created. The only problem was I loved those stories so much, I never wanted them to end. And one day it occurred to me, if I wrote the stories, I could make them as long as I liked. The rest is a lifetime of writing and hoping my readers fall into the worlds my stories create, and never want those stories to end.
